Fernando is a highly entrepreneurial manager with an open and dynamic style that combines with a profound passion for building high performance teams that consistently deliver exceptional results and challenge the status quo. Fernando has lead engineering teams, co-founded the largest technical training organization in Latin America, managed the internationalization strategy for one of the most prominent Latin America System Integrators--expanding to 17 countries and increasing revenue by over $70 M, and built and managed the private cloud for a large (>300,000 students) higher education group.

Fernando has been a guest speaker at international events such as Virtual Educa, Cisco Live, CANTO and CampusParty.

Fernando holds a BS in Systems Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
