Eric brings over 15 years of consulting experience across a vast array of industries including finance, cable/multimedia, publishing, technology, biomedical, and environmental science to Natural Bridges Ventures. Over the past decade, Eric has been focused on helping his clients successfully navigate digital initiatives spanning all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy and solution design through execution and governance. With this breadth of experience, he is able to design strategic solutions that are immediately implementable and tailored for success. He has a keen understanding of what it takes to get the desired results and the foresight to identify potential pitfalls before they arise.

Eric is viewed by the organizations, teams and individuals he touches as “the glue that holds it all together”. His calm and confident demeanor, combined with a passion for collaboration give him the ability to deliver results under the most chaotic of circumstances. He thrives on the challenge of building, managing, and developing high functioning teams that are geographically dispersed and functionally diverse.

Eric has extensive experience in developing and leading management structures that provide a means of governance to efficiently oversee large numbers of projects and applications while maximizing organizational value; this includes value-driven metrics and KPI’s with the flexibility to measure success in an ever changing environment. Eric has worked with JP Morgan Chase, Nokia, Proteus Biomedical, Activisio, Time Warner Cable, Sony Ericsson, and others in facilitating their digital transformations.

Eric holds an MBA with an emphasis on Management from San Francisco State University, and a B.A. Environmental Science/Environmental Biology from University of Colorado, Boulder.
