Aimee brings over fifteen years of experience in product marketing and management, product development, support and strategy to Natural Bridges Ventures. She has a proven track record of leading development initiatives through concept, executive buy-in and execution. She specializes in developing products and services that delight customers resulting in high-levels of engagement and delivering compelling business value.
At Motorola’s Good Technology Group she built Good Support into a multi-million dollar offering and implemented online systems to enhance customer experience. While at HealthLoop, she successfully led the company through its early stage development and phased beta launch resulting in 78% patient engagement and a $10M Series A investment. Aimee has also managed global product programs at Cisco Systems, where in addition to outstanding increased wallet share for the products under her management, she refocused a critical S&OP initiative across thirteen business units. Earlier in her career, Aimee was a Principal at Pitiglio Rabin Todd and McGrath, where she provided counsel to executives and client teams during engagements generating multi-million dollars in revenue from project extensions. She developed a proprietary framework for measuring Customer Service and Support (CS&S) performance and managed development and implementation of CS&S offerings.
Most recently, Aimee performed market analysis and product definition for several early stage digital healthcare startups. She has worked on a variety of platforms, including SaaS and mobile.
Aimee holds an MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
