Esteban is an insightful leader who has had meaningful contributions in different world class organization including the following; As the regional service sales manager for the #1 networking company in the world, he led the implementation of a $100M USD ATM network in Argentina, deploying hardware and services throughout the country; He led and managed the integration of three companies with different ERPs, email management systems, CRMs, with 2000 employees in Latin America and Spain.   He also managed the development of advanced business intelligence (BI) executive dashboards with real time data from ERP & CRM systems, driving better sales forecasting and analysis tools as well as improved finance reporting tools.  Esteban was also the country manager for Colombia generating over $60 M in revenue and managing a team of 150 employees.

In addition, Esteban has held the CTO position for diverse companies in Latin America, spending a good deal of his career investigating, testing, selecting, and leading the implementation of next generations innovative products in the marketplace.
